Matt Stoneberger

Matt Stoneberger has been a peace officer for 21 years and has worked in nearly every law enforcement capacity. He has been a patrol officer, field training officer, persons crimes detective, plain-clothes street crime investigator, undercover officer, and narcotics agent. He has spent the last 14 years of his career detailed to special assignments including, the pattern crimes unit, south metro drug task force, judicial district drug & gang unit, and the DEA as a task force officer. He is also the Vice President of the Colorado Drug Investigators Association. Matt has been involved in hundreds of law enforcement operations; most of them covert in nature. Matt specializes in complex-conspiracy, organized crime investigations and regularly teaches courses related to his expertise. Matt is passionate about mentoring others and sharing his experience and knowledge to the public servants who would benefit from it.
